  • Conditions:

    • All prices do not include taxes (G.S.T. or others). All orders are subject to acceptance by our Order Desk. All prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment terms:

    • Once your credit application form is completed, signed and returned to our offices, we will evaluate your files to establish your credit limit, (Allow 1 to 2 weeks). Our terms are net 30 days, COD or Credit Card. Interest will be charged at a rate of 1.5% per month on all accounts not paid on maturity. All overdue accounts will result in suspension of future deliveries. Credit application is available on request after purchasing over $1000. Cheques that are returned from the bank will be subject to a $25.00 service charge. No minimum order. All orders must be paid by Visa, Master Card, cash or Interac.

  • Pricing:

    • Case pricing are based on purchase of one style, size and colour. Mixed quantity orders of two or more sizes in the same style and colour will be invoiced at the higher price. Case quantities are indicated in the price list.

  • Sharing Your Information

    • We may use third party service providers and suppliers to facilitate the Site and the services we provide, and they may have access to Personal Information. In addition, we may buy or sell business assets or be acquired by or acquire other corporations. In such transactions, Personal Information generally is one of the transferred business assets. In addition, in the event we merge or consolidate with another institution, Personal Information may be transferred to the successor entity. We may also disclose Personal Information to other affiliated institutions and/or if we are required to do so by law.

  • Sample policy:

    • Samples may be purchased with a 25% discount at the discretion of the customer service representative. These specially priced samples are not returnable.

  • Freight

    • All freight and shipping charges are FOB from our Toronto, Vancouver or Calgary warehouses. Free freight is permitted according to S&S Canada’s Terms and Conditions, and according to the carrier of our choice, unless otherwise specified. If additional transport costs were to apply, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure payment, even in the case of free shipping. Here is a list of additional fees commonly charged to S&S Canada by carriers: wrong delivery address provided by customer, use of tailgate, wait time at delivery, delivery in a private residence, inside delivery, 2nd delivery attempt, refused delivery and remote area delivery. Please note this list is non-exhaustive.

  • Handling fees

    • All orders are subject to a $2.50 handling fee and will be applied to each invoice.

  • Pick-up

    • It is our goal to have all pick-up orders ready within 4 hours after credit department approval. Any pick-up orders not picked up will be cancelled and subject to a 15% restocking charge.

  • Orders changes and cancellations:

    • After you’ve placed a web order, you have a 10-minute window to either cancel or edit your order. Navigate to “Resources” and “My Account,” and click on “Order History.” There, you can select the option to cancel your order. If you choose to edit an order, you would have to cancel it first and have the option to place the items back into your cart. Then, you can edit quantities or add more items before placing your order again.

  • Reserved property:

    • The merchandise sold remains the property of S&S Canada until full and final payment is received.

  • Returns and claims:

    • We do not process returns on printed, washed or decorated merchandise. Tip: Inspect your garments before decorating them. You must return defective merchandise to us with a piece of tape indicating the flaw’s location. We do not accept returns on discontinued items or merchandise that is more than 30 days old. You must make all claims for shortages or damages within 72 hours of receiving the merchandise. Without a valid return authorization number, our warehouse will not accept returns.

    • Please include a copy of your invoice to ensure we can issue you a proper credit within two weeks. All returned or refused shipments are subject to a 15% restocking charge in addition to both outbound and return freight costs. We do not provide cash refunds.

    • If we did not process your order accurately, we’ll cover the original freight and send a return label for the incorrect merchandise. Please note that products that are considered non-returnable are noted as such on their respective product page, the inventory quantity will be underlined in orange. These products include but are not limited to: closeout items, face covers, items received directly from the vendor, items that receive a simple discount, etc.

  • Buyer’s responsibility:

    • It is the consignee’s and/or buyer’s responsibility to inspect the merchandise upon reception, in order to declare any defect, and to confirm receiving the correct style, size, colour or quantity, before altering the merchandise. While S&S Canada is making all effort to assure the quality and the accuracy of each product sent, S&S Canada will not accept any responsibility of any altered defective or incorrect merchandise. No return will be accepted on altered merchandise. We accept visa, master card & interac except over invoices already charged to an open credit account.

  • Sale of Lacoste products:

    • Lacoste products purchased from S&S Canada must be sold with embellishment. Re-selling from an unauthorized retail store, website or any third party site (i.E., ebay, amazon, craigslist) is strictly prohibited. No sales to be made to customers outside Canada. No sales to be made to discount retail stores, warehouse clubs, off-price retailers, mass market retailers, internet retailers or entities intending to re-sell the products into any of these channels. Failure to adhere to these terms will result in loss of privilege to sell the brand.

  • International shipping of Nike products:

    • Please note that Nike Canada will no longer allow international shipping of its products. Nike Canada and S&S Canada will not be able to provide any customs information including MID numbers. S&S Canada will not be held responsible in the event that one of your orders gets held up at US customs or any other international border.

  • International shipping of adidas products:

    • Please note that adidas does not allow international shipping of its products. adidas and S&S Canada will not be able to provide any customs information including MID numbers. S&S Canada will not be held responsible in the event that one of your orders gets held up at US customs or any other international border.
