Return Policy

If you have an issue or concern with an order you’ve received, contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-711-1600.


When you call, please have your invoice ready, along with the style number, colour and quantity you want to discuss.


Please review our terms before you reach out:

  • Only the cases of incorrect delivery, defective or missing goods can be returned.
  • Any garment washed, printed, dyed or altered will not be covered by our guarantee, unless it is pre-authorized by the manufacturer.
  • Without a valid return authorization from customer service, our warehouse won’t accept returns.
  • Samples are not refundable.
  • Freight charges on all returns must be prepaid.
  • The return of goods is subject to a 15% restocking charge and will have to be returned to Technosport, within 10 days of the reception of the goods.
  • Technosport reserves the right to refuse any unauthorized returns; it will be sent back collect.
