Shipping Coverage

Free Freight:

We offer free freight on orders over $300 before taxes shipped via ground with our preferred carrier within the country. Shipping surcharge applies to remote areas - it is the customer's responsibility to ensure payment, even in the case of free shipping.

Shipping:

We're pleased to offer free shipping to all our customers for orders of $300 or more before tax. If you order before the daily cut-off time, we'll ship your apparel the same business day. We'll ship orders placed after the cut-off time the next business day. All freight and shipping charges are FOB.

Local Pick-Up Orders:

Vancouver and Calgary locations are open for order pickup Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time. The Vaughan distribution centre in Toronto is open for order pickup Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. local time. Ontario-area pickups will continue to be serviced from the Vaughan distribution centre. It is our goal to have all pickup orders ready within 4 hours after credit department approval.

Any orders not picked up will be cancelled and subject to a 20% restocking charge. Pickup orders placed after 1:00 p.m. will not be ready until after 9:00 a.m. the following business day.
